1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the b33bmw website located at https://b33bmw.app and all associated services, games, betting markets, mobile-optimised interfaces, and customer support channels operated under the b33bmw brand (collectively, the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering or using any part of the b33bmw Platform.

b33bmw reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your identity, age, and address at any stage of your account's lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any transaction flagged by our fraud prevention systems. Accepted documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill issued within the preceding three months. 3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your b33bmw account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your account.

You must notify b33bmw immediately by contacting [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, that your login credentials have been compromised, or that any transaction shown in your account history was not made by you. b33bmw will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or have delayed in reporting a suspected breach.

Where 2FA is enabled on your account, you are required to complete the verification step each time you log in. Circumventing or attempting to disable security features is a breach of these Terms.

Your b33bmw account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your account or any funds held within it to any third party. Any such transfer, whether attempted or completed, will render the account and any associated balance immediately void.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

b33bmw supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All funds deposited into your b33bmw account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or anonymous payment sources are not permitted and will be subject to investigation, reversal, and possible account suspension.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

b33bmw may, from time to time, offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions (including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all b33bmw bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed identity verification.
• A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the b33bmw Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content or functionality.

11 Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur; b33bmw will endeavour to minimise disruption and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude b33bmw's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Suspension & Termination

b33bmw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Operation of multiple accounts in violation of the one-account rule.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed transactions initiated by the player.
• Circumstances where b33bmw is required to act by law, regulatory guidance, or court order.

Upon account closure initiated by b33bmw due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and any winnings derived wholly or substantially from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of any required verification.

13 Amendments
